Recent Updates to Our Certified Maintenance Complimentary Maintenance Programs

Our all-in-one Dealer Performance Platform, MaintenanceProgram.com, is completely scalable. We have the ability to scale up and/or down to meet your dealerships’ specific needs. This happens automatically behind the scenes, so you never have to worry about anything or miss a beat. On top of that, you get complete security and compliance (including built-in firewalls that allow very specific access, multi-factor authentication, and encrypted data storage capabilities) and 24/7 access to data experts and support. Our system is reliable, flexible, and cost-effective.

We’ve also split up many of the components that make up our system. This enables us to address limitations and challenges with agility and scalability. It also allows us to pick the best technology and framework to use for every service included in the program. We aren’t pigeonholed into a specific technology because it is used in another part of the system. You can rest assured that your program and software will always be updated, functional, and operational.

Updates to Our Data API

All of our data flows in and out through our application programming interface (API). This means that computers, rather than people, can manage the work. With our system, you can update your workflows to make them quicker and more productive, which means the delivery of services and information is more flexible. You are able to distribute information and services to your entire customer base or a segmented list to create custom user experiences. You can also have content generated and published automatically, allowing it to be easily shared and distributed. We also currently support a host of E-Contracting and F&I Menu providers with our secure token API connection to our service. Our list of providers continues to expand so be sure to check the list. Data migration is quick and easy, and you can customize the content and services that you use the most, making adjustments as your needs change over time.

Technical Updates

All of our code is thoroughly tested, with hundreds or even thousands of tests. This agile process allows us to find (and remove) bugs early so they never affect you. By improving the quality of code, we reduce costs and development time, meaning you get updates and enhancements before you even know you need them. 

Our database has been updated, as well, and it’s optimized for big data. Data is searchable and editable, easy to scale, and highly available. And with our monitoring service, we can look at the big picture, constantly keeping an eye on all servers and databases in our system. If anything ever does go wrong, we’ll know about — and we’ll take care of it before you ever do.

We’ve also implemented new machine learning into our Customer Experience Transformer (CXT). This allows our algorithms to learn and improve themselves by studying high volumes of available data.
